MACADAMIA TEA BALLS Makes 4 - 5 dozen
Preheat oven to 375º
1/2 lb (2 sticks) Butter, at room temperature 3+ c. Confectioner's sugar 1 tsp Vanilla 2-1/4 c. Flour 1/4 tsp Salt 3/4 c. Island Princess Baking/Cooking Macadamia Nuts, finely chopped
Cream together butter and 2 c. sugar. Add remaining ingredients until a dough ball forms. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 10 - 12 minutes until bottoms are slightly brown. Remove the balls from the cookie sheet and while still hot, roll in remaining sugar. Let cool, then roll in sugar again.
