Preheat over to 350

1 9-inch Unbaked pastry shell
1 4-oz Package sweet cooking chocolate or 2 1-oz squares unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. Margarine or butter
1 14-oz Can sweetened, condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1/2 c. Hot water
2 Eggs, well beaten
1 tsp Vanilla
1/8 tsp Salt
1-1/2 c. Island Princess Baking/Cooking Macadamia Nuts

In a medium saucepan, melt chocolate and margarine over low heat. Stir in condensed milk, hot water and eggs. Mix well. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into prepared pastry shell. Bake 40-45 minutes or until center is set. Cool and chill for 3 hours. Garnish with extra macadamia nuts, whipped cream or chocolate shavings.
