CHOCOLATE MELE MAC MACADAMIA NUT PIE

2/3 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons cream
2 cups Island Princess Mele Macs
1 cup Island Princess Macadamia Nut halves, unsalted
1 unbaked 9-inch Pie Shell
Beat eggs with sugar and corn syrup.
Add butter, cream and vanilla and blend well.
Place Mele Macs into empty pie shell followed by macadamia nuts so all are evenly distributed.
Pour mixture into pie shell.
Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes or until the crust is golden and the center is set.
Let the pie cool then chill before serving
