Ordering and Shipping
Can I track my order?
  Once we ship your order an email with a tracking number is sent to you. If do you not receive one please contact us. If you had set up an account, please click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status to be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped. If your order displays your USPS or FedEx Tracking Numbers, you could Google the tracking number and you will be taken to either the USPS site or FedEx tracking sites. You can also check directly with FedEx at FedEx.com or call 1-800-GoFedEx for the status of your order. For a USPS tracking number you can go to USPS.com and follow their directions to track.
Can Island Princess ship my order internationally?
  In most cases, we are able to ship an international order. The same process applies to shipments to Alaska and US territories. Please place your order normally on the website. The shipping section will show "0" and/or "we will contact you" notation. We will calculate the shipping costs after we receive your order and will email you the shipping quote. If you approve, we will ship your order and add the charges to your credit card/Paypal account. If you choose not to proceed with the order, we will cancel the order and if any funds were collected ( i.e. through Paypal) will be refunded. Please note we do not recommend shipping chocolates internationally due to shipping distance and unknown weather and handling conditions.
Do you ship to APO's and FPO's?
  Yes, most items can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. Island Princess is happy to ship these orders by U.S. Postal Service, Priority Service. The cost is the actual cost of postage, plus insurance.

Your shipping costs will be calculated after we receive your order (that when submitted will show a "0" shipping cost). We will contact you with the shipping quote and if you approve we will ship your order and charge your credit card. We recommend shipping Island Princess products that do not contain chocolates. Occasionally we offer Gift Baskets that may contain perishable items such as Flower Lei, Pineapple, and Live Plants, these baskets cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
Does Island Princess confirm receipt of my order?
  Yes, we will send you a confirming email that your order was placed.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Please contact us as soon as possible with your order changes or cancellation at [email protected] or call (888) 925-5222 ext. 1214, Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm Hawaii Standard Time. Unless the order has already been processed and shipped, we can apply the changes or cancellation for you and your credit card  or Paypal charges will reflect the change.
How do I find out if my order has shipped?
  We will send you a confirming email with tracking number, that your order has shipped.
How long would it take to receive my order?
 
For Continental U.S. deliveries through our standard USPS, FedEx Ground or FedEx Home delivery, in January through October please allow 7-10 business days for your Island Princess order to arrive. During the busy holiday months of November and December, please plan on 10-14 business days for your order to be delivered. Same would apply to USPS shipments.
A FedEx 2-3 Day delivery depends on the recipient address and what day of the week the order is placed. Delivery may take 3-5 days since we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
For a special occasion gift or holiday delivery, please plan well in advance, as we are not able to guarantee an exact arrival date.

International and APO delivery intervals depend upon final country destination. We strongly recommend that you allow at least 14 business days.
How will you ship my order?
  For reliable delivery and ease of tracking, Island Princess ships orders by USPS (United States Postal Service) or FedEx Ground or Home service. For shipments to APO/FPO addresses, we use the United States Postal Service (USPS). In most cases you can also select FedEx 2-3 day shipment.

If my order is sent from Honolulu, is the cost of shipping higher than if it ships from Oregon?
  There is no additional cost for orders that ship from the Island Princess factory in Honolulu.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all?
  Contact Island Princess immediately and we will take steps to file a claim with the shipping company. After the claim has been processed, we will work with you to determine if you want the order to reship. We will only reship your order with your approval.
During the holiday season (November-December), we require "indirect signature" shipping terms on FedEx Home shipments to assure your packages are delivered to you.

What is the cost of shipping?
  Our standard shipping costs are per recipient, per shipping address in the U.S. using FedEx Home or Ground or USPS. Please click here for more shipping information. Prices of some of our special items, such as gift boxes and  sets already include shipping to the Continental U.S. Please read the item's detailed description for more shipping information. If you want to ship internationally, or to an APO/FPO address, a shipping quote will be provided to you for approval after we receive your order and before we process and ship.
