	You can enjoy more scrumptious Island Princess products for less by ordering selected products in case quantities. You can save with FREE STANDARD SHIPPING to Continental U.S. addresses. Order a full case of these selected treats to receive FREE ground delivery to Continental U.S. Visit our site often since we change our promotional specials monthly, or add specific Island Princess treats on sale with a temporary price reduction.
What are my payment options?
	You may pay for your Island Princess order with Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards, on-line or by e-mail, telephone or FAX. You may also pay using your PayPal account.  C.O.D. orders are not available.
Why does my credit card statement list a charge by Orchard Heights Winery in Oregon?
	In most cases, your credit card statement will show the charge described as "Island Princess-ecommerce" or some abbreviation of this. Orchard Heights Winery, located just outside of Salem, Oregon, is another division of our parent company. Island Princess products are made at our factory in Honolulu. Because we do our very best to find the least expensive way to ship our delicious products to you in a timely manner, most orders are sent from our winery. Occasionally the credit card charge is also processed through our Orchard Heights Winery account system and is noted as such on your statement.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
	You only have to pay sales tax if you are shipping to same state as our warehouse (Hawaii).

When will my credit appear on my account?
	Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time a credit is applied.
When will my credit card be charged?
	Your credit card will be charged once your order is packed complete and shipped.
