BAKED MACADAMIA NUT CHICKEN

Preheat oven to 375º

3 to 3-1/2 lbs of Chicken pieces
Salt to taste
1/2 c. Margarine
1 lb Cooking apples
1 tsp Sugar
1 c. Island Princess Baking Cooking Macadamia Nuts, coarsely chopped
2/3 c. Hard or sweet apple cider

Sprinkle chicken pieces with salt. Brown chicken lightly in margarine. Put chicken and margarine in baking dish. Peel, core and cut apples into thick slices, then arrange them over chicken. Sprinkle with sugar and nuts. Add cider.

Cover and bake for 45 - 50 minutes.
