Macadamia Nut Stuffing Tropicale

A special stuffing with tropical flair for your holiday turkey or to make any meal extra special!

Yield: Stuffing for about a 10-pound turkey

1 c. Butter
1-1/2 c. Onion, chopped
1-1/2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
1-1/2 c. Celery, chopped
3 c. Fresh Pineapple, diced
1-1/2 c. Tart Apples, peeled and diced
1-1/2 c. Papaya, peeled and diced
3/4 tsp. Pepper
1-1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
1-1/2 c. Island Princess Macadamia Nuts, all-natural, unsalted, chopped
7-8 c. Bread, diced

In a skillet, melt butter and saute onion, garlic and celery. Add fruits and seasonings and simmer until heater through. Toss lightly with macadamia nuts and bread. Ready to serve as a side dish or stuff turkey before roasting.
