Makes 32 bars

Preheat oven to 350

1 c. Butter
1 c. Sugar
1 Egg
1/4 c. Coffee-flavor liqueur
1-3/4 c. Flour
6 oz (1-1/2 baking bars) Bittersweet chocolate, broken into 1-inch pieces
3-1/2 oz Island Princess Baking/Cooking Macadamia Nuts, chopped

Grease a 15 x 10-inch jelly-roll pan.

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and liqueur, mix well. Gradually mix in the flour. Press the dough evenly into prepared pan. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately top with chocolate and allow to melt. Spread melted chocolate evenly. Sprinkle with Island Princess Macadamia Nuts. Place pan on wire rack and let cool to room temperature. Chill 10 minutes or until chocolate has set. Store loosely covered.
