MACADAMIA NUT CHOCOLATE CHERRY BITS O' LOVE
Makes approximately 3 dozen cookies
Preheat oven to 350º
1 c. Butter, softened
1 c. Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1-1/4 c. All-purpose flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
1 c. Coarsely chopped, Island Princess Baking/Cooking Macadamia Nuts
1 c. Mini semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. Whole, dried cherries
1 box, Cocoa Krispies
Cream together, butter and sugar. Stir in egg and vanilla. Sift together flour and baking powder. Stir into dough. Stir in macadamia nuts, chocolate chips and cherries. Place Cocoa Krispies in a large bowl. With a spoon, drop a rounded teaspoon of dough into the cereal. Roll lightly and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350º for 10 - 12 minutes. Cookies will spread, so don't crowd them.
