Free Standard Shipping with purchase of $75 or more!
New Policy as of 10/22/15! Free Standard (ground) US Shipping to one (1) single delivery address will be applied per shipment (per order) to your product purchase total of $75.00 or more. The qualifying purchase amount is the merchandise total calculated after all applicable discounts such as any coupon and promotional discounts. Charges for shipping, handling or taxes do not count toward qualifying amount. "Per shipment" or “per order” is defined as the merchandise sent to a single shipping address that is provided on the order. Offer applies only on purchases made through IslandPrincessHawaii.com website and cannot be combined with other shipping related promotions or offers.

Our order processing system will apply your “free standard US shipping” promotion once the $75.00 minimum is met. Offer valid only for consumer purchase, not for resale or for commercial or reseller accounts. Not valid on shipments to Alaska, USA Territories and International orders. Additional fees will apply for 2-3 Day FedEx shipments. Other restrictions may apply, and IslandPrincessHawaii.com reserves the right to cancel any promotion at any time.

Warm Weather Shipping
Island Princess is happy to ship chocolate products all year round. However, Island Princess does not assume liability for damaged or melted chocolate shipped in higher temperatures. Certain areas of the United States have extended hot weather beyond the summer months, therefore we discourage any chocolate orders if the "ship to" location has temperatures of 80 degrees or higher. To ensure your chocolate products arrive properly, consider choosing our FedEx 2-3 Day shipping option. Make sure there is a person at the location to receive the package when choosing this option, so it doesn't sit on a porch in the heat. If a person cannot be at the location to receive the package, consider a Hold for Pickup delivery. If you opt for this delivery, please note this in the comments section at checkout.

If it is higher than 80 degrees and you have already placed your order, we will contact you by email to see if you want to:

1: REVISE your order to remove any chocolate items OR
2: HOLD your order until temperatures come down and deliver at that time OR
3: CANCEL your chocolate order and order at a later time.

Heat Waiver

As with all fine chocolates, Island Princess Chocolate items are heat sensitive. Unfortunately, no parcel carrier is able to insure against heat damage. A Heat Waiver is a written understanding that Island Princess is not responsible for any heat damage that may occur during shipping. In order to be certain you understand this sensitivity, we ask that you accept our "heat waiver" as part of your ordering process. If a chocolate product does come melted, consider putting the chocolate in a refrigerator or let it sit at room temperature to return to normal state. Ultimately, it is the customer's decision to order chocolate during higher temperatures at their own risk.

International Orders / APO & FPO
If your order is for International, Alaska or APO/FPO delivery, at checkout, when you select your country in the shipping calculation section you will receive the note "we will contact you" or "missing". Please complete submission of your order (that will show a "0" shipping cost). After we receive your order, we will call or email you with a shipping quote for your approval before we process your order and add the shipping charges to your credit card. Due to uncertainty of weather and delivery conditions for these destinations, we highly recommend that you avoid shipping chocolate products.

FedEx 2 to 3 Day Shipping Options

If you choose this shipping option we recommend you place your order by 10:00a.m. Hawaii Standard Time and we will do our best to ship your order by the following business day (Monday through Friday, closed on weekends and holidays). Orders received on Thursday through Sunday may ship the following Monday or Tuesday. Damaged or Missing Order
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact Island Princess as soon as possible so that we may initiate an investigation. Contact us at [email protected].

Island Princess will not be liable for incorrect shipping addresses. If the shipping address is incorrect, there may be an additional charge to reroute your delivery to the correct address.


Track or Inquire About Your Order
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. During the busy months of November and December, please allow 10 to 14 business days for your order to reach its destination. You can track your shipment by the FedEx or USPS tracking number emailed to you when the shipment was completed. Go to USPS.com or FedEx.com or by calling 1-800-GoFedEx.

Please Note: Since we evaluate every order carefully in order to determine the cheapest and fastest shipping method, there may be some discrepancies in the shipping method you chose at checkout and the actual shipping method used. For example, you might have chose the FedEx Home/Ground method and received a USPS package instead. Anytime we do this, we make sure to refund you the difference in the amount you paid for shipping and the actual shipping cost. Please keep in mind that the shipping rates from Hawaii are different and often times much higher than the shipping rates from the mainland. We will only consider issuing a refund based on our own shipping rates and not from some third party shipping quote.
