Island Princess Macadamia Nut Crunch Topping
Easy to make topping for ice cream, waffles, or pancakes and cereal.
1/3 c. Margarine (or butter) 1/4 c. Brown sugar 2 c. Island Princess Macadamia Nuts, all-natural, unsalted
Chop Macadamia Nuts to desired size in blender or food processor. Slowly melt margarine and sugar in skillet. Add nuts, stirring constantly. When golden brown, remove from skillet immediately and cool. Use as topping to your favorite breakfast food or dessert. Can be stored in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
