Makes 32 bars

Preheat oven to 350

1 c. Flour
1/3 c. Dark brown sugar
1 stick Cold, unsalted butter

Combine in food processor. Press dough into the bottom of a greased 8-inch square, glass baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven.

2 Eggs
1 c. Dark brown sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/3 c. Flour
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1-1/2 c. Shredded coconut
1 c. Chopped Island Princess Baking/Cooking Macadamia Nuts
1-1/2 tsp Fresh lemon juice

In a bowl beat eggs with sugar, add vanilla. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Fold into eggs. Fold in the lemon juice, coconut and macadamia nuts.

Spread over baked crust.

Bake at 350 for approximately 35 minutes.

To avoid over browning, cover baking dish with aluminum foil after the first 20 minutes of baking.
