Preheat oven to 375

1/2 c. Soft butter
1/3 c. Packed brown sugar
1/3 c. White sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1-1/8 c. Flour
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1-1/4 c. Island Princess Baking/Cooking Macadamia Nuts
1 c. Semisweet chocolate chips

In a large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar and white sugar until creamy.

Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually blend mixture into batter. Stir in Macadamia Nuts and chocolate chips.

Onto a lightly greased cookie sheet, place rounded spoonful-size drops about 2 inches apart.

Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.

Remove from cookie sheet to cool.
