Island Princess uses a premium large kernel from midwest U.S. farms. This "mushroom variety" is so-named because the kernel expands and pops to a large mushroom-like shape that allows for even caramel coating. Our caramel, cooked the old-fashioned way in copper kettles, coats the popcorn to golden crunchy perfection before we mix in ono (delicious) Hawaii-Grown Macadamia Nuts or fancy nuts, chocolate, pineapple or coconut.
