For reliable delivery and ease of tracking, Island Princess ships most orders by FedEx Ground. At an additional cost, arrangements can be made for express methods of shipping. This request can be made in the “comments” box on the Customer Information page as you complete your order.

• All shipments require a phone number for the recipient.

• Shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

• Air freight is available at individually quoted rates.

• Shipping cost is per recipient, per shipping address within the Continental U.S.

Shipping to Alaska, APO’s and FPO’s is by U.S. Postal Service, Priority Service. The cost is the actual cost of postage plus insurance. Shipping within the state of Hawaii by quote. International orders by quote.

Below are recommended order dates for holiday shipments to U.S. addresses.
Please note, shipping time varies to APO/FPO and International destinations, please
allow more time for delivery.

International Orders

In most cases, we are able to ship international orders. Before you place your order
in the shopping cart, please contact us for details and cost of shipping at info@islandprincesshawaii.com or toll free at 888-925-5222.

20% Discount

Take advantage of our special 20% discount by ordering in case quantities. Items of the same size and price can be mixed and matched to create a full case.

Tracking Number

Island Princess will notify you by e-mail of the tracking number for your order. Then, simply call 1-800-GoFedEx or log on to FedEx.com to track your order.

Arrival Time

January through October please allow 7 – 10 business days for your Island Princess order to arrive. During the busy holiday months of November and December, plan on 10 – 14 business days for your order to arrive. At an additional cost, arrangements can be made for express methods of shipping.

Damaged or Missing Order

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact Island Princess immediately and we will initiate a claim with the shipping company. After the claim has been processed, we will work with you to determine if you want the order to reship. We will only reship your order with your approval. Credit for the damaged or missing order will be applied immediately after the claim has been accepted by the shipping company.

Methods of Payment

You can pay for your Island Princess order with Visa or Mastercard, on line or by e-mail, telephone or FAX. We also accept personal checks by mail. (Please allow an additional five business days for check clearance before shipping.) C.O.D. orders are not available.

Credit Card Charges from Orchard Heights Winery

Orchard Heights Winery, located just outside of Salem, Oregon, is another division of our parent company. While our products are manufactured at the Island Princess factory in Honolulu, most mail orders are shipped from our facility in Oregon, resulting in a charge on your credit card from Orchard Heights Winery.

Shipping Costs from Orchard Heights Winery

Island Princess products are made at our factory in Honolulu. Because we do our very best to find the least expensive way to ship our delicious products to you in a timely manner, most orders are sent from our winery located just outside of Salem, Oregon. There is no additional cost to you for orders that ship from the Island Princess factory in Honolulu.

Heat Waiver

As with all fine chocolates, Island Princess chocolates are heat sensitive. Unfortunately, no parcel carrier is able to insure against heat damage. A Heat Waiver is a written understanding that Island Princess is not responsible for any heat damage that may occur during shipping. In order to be certain you understand this sensitivity, we ask that you accept our “heat waiver” as part of your ordering process.
