First and foremost, The Island Princess Factory Outlet Store is known for the exceptional customer service with Aloha that is provided by our staff.

Located directly in front of the Island Princess factory, the Outlet Store is a treasure trove of surprises on any given day. (Click here for map & directions) Along with a complete selection of Island Princess products, you will find changing weekly specials and 20% case-quantity discounts. You may discover generous markdowns on closeout items or unique bagged treats for snacking, baking or using as toppings for ice cream and yogurt. We frequently test-market new items that are not yet available at other retail locations.

All visitors to the Island Princess Factory Outlet Store are invited to sample a selection of our products. Because of our convenient location near Honolulu International Airport, the Island Princess Factory Outlet Store is a favorite stop ‘n’ shop location for visitors and residents. Our many repeat customers make our Outlet Store their first stop after picking up their rental car and their last stop as they are about to depart Honolulu. It is always a special event when our mail order customers from afar come by especially to meet us in person.

Our many neighbors who work near us, are frequently drawn in by the enticing factory aromas that are carried to them on a perfect tradewind day. Hawaii residents come to the Outlet Store for ono (delicious) Island gifts to take with them when they travel East or West, when they are making favors for luau, weddings and graduations, when looking for gifts for that special person or simply because they are indulging themselves.

Our service with Aloha includes custom-made gift baskets for any occasion, shipping by FedEx and will-call service if you would like to order in advance and pick up at a later time.

Store hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, please call first on holidays, since our store schedule varies on holidays.
