* North Nimitz Highway and Lagoon Drive is an easy-to-find, major intersection in the vicinity of Honolulu Airport.
* From North Nimitz Highway, turn onto Lagoon Drive in a Makai (toward the ocean) direction.
* At the second street, turn right onto Ualena Street.
* Island Princess is the fourth building on the
right (Mauka, toward the mountains) side of the street.
* You will find ample free parking in front of the Island Princess Factory Outlet Store.

Please place your Island Princess order in the manner that is most convenient to you.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
You can pay for your Island Princess order with Visa, Discover or MasterCard, online or by telephone or Fax. We also accept
personal checks by mail (please allow an additional five business days for check clearance before shipping). C.O.D. orders are not available.
Credit Card Charges from Orchard Heights Winery: Orchard Heights Winery, located just outside Salem, Oregon, is another division of our parent company. While our
products are made at the Island Princess factory in Honolulu, most mail orders are shipped from our facility in Oregon. Please be aware that when you pay by credit card, your billing statement may show the payment for an Island Princess order as a charge from Orchard Heights Winery where the order was processed.

ORDER
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. During the busy months of November and December, please allow 10 to 14 business days for your order to reach its destination. You can track your parcel at FedEx.com or by calling 1-800-GoFedEx. You will need the FedEx tracking number that was provided to you. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding
placing a special order or concerning an order that has already been submitted. In most cases we will be able to reply to you no later than the following business day.
